We spent time this Sunday discussing the accident and how to deal with fear. Shannon gave the message and it was very encouraging. Shannon asked all our fire department members to come up to the altar. All 4 came and knelt while the church prayed. We prayed for Trey, Tyler, Keith and all involved in the tragic events last week. We closed with communion.
3PM we had the nursing home services. We sang many old favorites, had a message on how Jesus is the ultimate hero from the greatest accident. The service ended in a prayer for Tyler and Trey. They had many questions about the accident and the Thompsons.

thank you for doing this
Kacy, I know I told you thank you for what you are doing but that doesn't even come close to the heartfelt gratitude we feel. You enabled so many of our loved ones who can't be hands on to feel connected. God has blessed you and Wes with so many talents, thank you for sharing them and all for the glory of God. We miss everyone so much and we are so looking forward to coming home. The power of prayer is indescribable. God is good ALL the time. We talk to HIM all day long and thank HIM for loving us so much and for all our family and friends who are angels on earth dressed in street clothes. The body of Christ is amazing and we are so thankful for our church family, the week doesn't see right without seeing everyone on Sunday.See you this Sunday. I can't wait to see ya'll and catch up. love ya'll, ronda and trey
Kacy, you might want to remind those of Believers Chapel that we have 1st Sunday Lunch this Sunday and the Harvestors will be there. I still could not get on this blog to post. We need to bring extra food. Thanks, Wilma
